Vision & Mission

Our vision is to be a household name through dominance, entertainment and support while making use of exposure. Winning trophies and developing youth is the primary focus. Competing for the trophy in all cups and leagues we are involved in. A winning mentality. A joy for enthusiasts. An itch for the haters.

Our mission is to recruit in the best manner possible. Finding the right talent for playing, coaching, recruitment, nutrition, medical and ground staff is crucial to our vision. Make use of the Moneyball system and focus on overall workforce well-being. Be involved in youth and community events needing volunteers.

Coaching

Coaching staff will consist of our senior team head coach, tactical coach, technical coach, fitness coach, set-piece coach and goalkeeper coach. Our reserve squad coaches will reflect the work being done in the senior team with their own team of coaches. Our u19 squad and u17 squad will also each have their own set of coaches reflecting the work being done in the senior team. Our youth academy will each have a coach with 2 assistant coaches in each age group with guidance of our senior team coaches.

Nutrition

Nutrition is part and parcel of the modern game and research will continue to improve performance. Our aim is to provide our players with the best fuel for their body for them to be the best they can be, mentality, physically and emotionally. Our head chef will have a team of student chefs focusing on athlete nutrition. We will go as far as making our food available for players, staff and their families for overall health and wealth well-being.

Scouting & Recruitment

Our scouting and recruitment team is the core of our approach to being dominant, finding the best talent, hiring the right coaches and the overall well-being of every department. The moneybag approach is the primary focus for scouting and the start of drafting possible candidates. Proper measures will be taken in recruitment.

Groundsman

The pitch is our home away from our homes. We need the proper maintenance from youth training to the main stadium. Our groundsmen are carefully selected to give us the grass we need. Proper pitch conditions from training to match days is important in the experience we give to everyone within our club.

Youth

The youth program is from u6 to u18 and train 2 to 3 times a week plus a match day. Youth teams have 3 coaches in each age group as well as an overall tactical coach, technical coach, goalkeeper coach and fitness coach who work with senior team coaches. Primary focus of the youth academy is grooming future first team starters.
